Mark Fenger, Senior Global Technical Director at Kinectrics Inc., has more than 25 years of experience with testing of High Voltage land and submarine cable systems.

Mark specializes in diagnostic testing (partial discharge, dielectric spectroscopy, tan delta, TDR) of HV & EHV cable systems as well as in forensics of failed cable system components.

Mark is an active contributing member of both CIGRE and IEEE and has been the convener of CIGRE working groups B1.28 and B1.38 as well as the Chair IEEE 400.6.

Mark holds an M.Sc.E.E. from the Technical University of Denmark and an MBA from York University and is a licensed professional engineer in the province of Ontario in Canada.
