Lars Hainke is a sales engineer at Next Ocean BV, where he helps offshore operators enhance safety and efficiency through vessel motion prediction.

He holds a Master’s degree in Management of Technology from TU Delft and a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering.

Prior to joining Next Ocean, Lars gained experience in both engineering and sales roles across Europe, from developing custom software solutions in manufacturing to pitching SaaS platforms to international clients.

Passionate for innovation and the energy transition, he wants to support stakeholders within offshore operations using technology.
