Optimizing emergency call communication requires a holistic approach that takes into account both organizational and technological aspects.
By introducing clearly structured emergency call protocols, standardized assessment tools and a central point of communication,
the efficiency and accuracy of emergency responses can be significantly increased.
The results of this study show that direct contact with emergency scenes, well thought-out communication processes and technological innovations in
particular make a decisive contribution to improving emergency operations.v

CV:

Lina Stolz has been working in the emergency services since 2017 and has gained valuable experience in emergency medicine in various organizations,
coordination and crisis management.

She began her career as a paramedic at Unfall Rettung und Krankentransport Haupt Bielefeld before working for ASB, DRK and JUH gGmbH in the Bielefeld rescue service from 2017 to 2018.

After completing her training as an emergency paramedic, she initially worked for Johanniter Ruhr-Lippe before moving to Johanniter Aachen-Düren-Heinsberg in 2022,
where she worked until 2024. Since September 2024, she has been part of the Society for Maritime Emergency Management, where she deals with complex emergency scenarios and crisis management in the offshore industry.

In the course of her career, she has completed extensive further training in crisis and disaster management.

She has in-depth knowledge of incident command, the management of rescue teams during major incidents and crisis prevention.

In addition, she has dealt extensively with the topics of civil protection, the behavior of people in disaster situations as well as inter-institutional cooperation and crisis communication.

Her expertise also includes crew resource management, complex decision-making processes in extreme situations and press and public relations work in crisis situations.
