Thank you for your interest in the WINDFORCE 2017 conference. We are looking forward to welcoming you in Bremerhaven as a participant.

Please note that registrations will be processed in the order in which we receive them.

Deadline for online registration: 5 May 2017.
Registration after that date is possible only at the conference itself. Accepted payment method: Credit card.

Conference fees 2017 (unchanged since 2015)

The conference fee (plus 19% VAT) includes buffet lunches, refreshments during breaks, conference documents and an online admission to the presentations.
Not included are costs for travelling and accomodation.

The number of participants for the WINDFORCE Opening and the WINDFORCE Dinner is limited and registrations will be processed in the order in which we receive them.

The early booking discount is valid until 3 April 2017.
Extended early bird rate, for WAB members only, until 7 April 2017.

Please note:

Your name will appear on the official list of participants if you register by 30 April 2017. Later bookings or changes cannot be accommodated on the official list of participants.

The final deadline for online registration is 30 April 2017. Registration after that date is possible only at the conference itself.
Registrations can only be made for whole conference days. The booking of single sessions or presentations is not possible.

In case of cancellation by 3 April 2017, 30 percent of the relevant conference and/or dinner fee will be charged; for cancellation after this date, the full fee will be charged. You are allowed to name a replacement.
