César is Head of Technical Excellence (Offshore O&M) at Iberdrola group, a world leader in renewable energy with more than 40GW of operational renewables.
He is responsible for Digital Transformation, Continuous Improvement, Innovation and Data Analytics within the Offshore O&M organization.
After getting his Bachelor in Electrical engineering at Carlos III University (Madrid, Spain) and his Master in Industrial engineering at University of Ostrava (Ostrava, Czech Republic),
he started to work in the energy sector, working for major energy players such as ABB and EDP Renewables prior to join Iberdrola in 2019.
Since them, he has worked in the O&M areas, first for the Onshore technology and later, since October 2023, for the Offshore technology,
where he and his team support all the current operational Offshore Windfarms: Wikinger (Germany), East Anglia One (UK), West of Duddon Sands (UK) and Saint Brieuc (France).
