Pernille Asgaard Haaning is the CEO and Vice President for Offshore Development at RWE Renewable Denmark and serves on several boards and committees, including Dansk Industri Energi, Dansk Erhverv, and Green Power Denmark, driving green energy transformation in Denmark.

A mother of three, she is an experienced leader in the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors, with expertise in business development, strategy, and project management.

Pernille has successfully led offshore wind and infrastructure projects, as well as cross-border M&A transactions and joint ventures, in her previous roles as Director at CIP and Head of Legal, Wind Power Sourcing Contracts & Execution at Ørsted.
