Dennis Faber works as an electrical engineer for planning processes at Amprion, one of the four German transmission system operators, in Dortmund.
In addition to long-term, strategic offshore expansion planning as part of the planning instruments grid development plan and area development plan
he works with his team on sustainable solutions for the efficient grid integration of offshore wind energy.

During his studies, he also worked as a student trainee at Westnetz GmbH in onshore grid planning and, in cooperation with Thyssengas GmbH
in a research project on the location of power-to-gas plants.

He holds a Master of Science degree from TU Dortmund University.
