Natalia Kress joined SeaRenergy as General Manager in 2017.

Early 2023, she has been appointed as COO at SeaRenergy, overseeing the department of Sales & Execution.

She has 15 years experience in the offshore wind industry especially in the construction and operation phase of offshore wind farms, with a particular focus on heavy lift vessels, O&M and offshore logistics.

For the SeaRenergy Group Natalia joined several new market entries and is since 2022 responsible for the Polish entity of SeaRenergy Group in her role as Managing Director.
