Nora Crossey studied governance at the University of Freiburg, followed by a master’s degree in geography in Tübingen, with a focus on negotiating conflicts of use in the energy transition and nature conservation.

This was followed by a position as a research assistant at Saarland University with a doctoral project in the field of cross-border cooperation.

Since April 2023, she has been working as the National Contact Point for the Interreg B program Northwest Europe, where she supports the development of project ideas and the communication of approved projects.
