Call for Abstracts Procedure:

• Choose Theme Session A – L
• Fill in the form with your contact and presentation details
• The WAB Executive Board consults the conference programme from the abstracts submitted
• Companies will be contacted by the end of January 2016 if their abstract is accepted
• The detailed programme will be published
• Speakers must register and book their own hotel accommodation in the online tool for speakers (access via email)

Theme Sessions A – L:
Presentation – free of charge, including attendance at WINDFORCE Trade Fair & Conference on 8. and 9. June 2016 and WINDFORCE Party on 7. June 2016.

Not included: Travel expenses, hotel, conference opening on 7. June 2016, Maritime Wind Dinner on 8. June 2016.

Presentation details

Time: 25 minutes plus 5 minutes for questions from the audience

Language – Presentation: German/ English. Simultaneous German/ English as well English/ German translation is available throughout the entire conference.
