Niels Erdmann successfully completed his studies of mechanical engineering in 1995 and wrote his diploma thesis at the German Wind Energy Institute (DEWI). From 1996 to 2010 he was project engineer and authorised signatory at PROKON Nord Energiesysteme GmbH, responsible for all areas of wind energy development and since 2008 managing director of the holding companies Multibrid GmbH, PN Rotor GmbH and Offshore Wind Technologie GmbH (OWT). Since July 1, 2010 Niels Erdmann is Managing Director of Deutsche WindGuard Offshore GmbH, which offers offshore consulting as well as safety training.
