Thorsten Fastenau (technical background, born in 1963) looks back on more than 25 years of experience in renewable energies. As executive vice president of PNE AG and head of the offshore wind division he is responsible for the planning, approval procedure and development until “ready-to-construction” of wind farms at sea as well as acquisition and sales processes in this area.
