Andreas Wellbrock is an experienced expert in logistics and maritime business as well as in the planning, realisation and implementation of renewable energy and hydrogen projects. He solves problems and realises projects with passion, creativity, technical expertise and basic commercial virtues. He has acquired his knowledge and experience in operational responsibility for 30 years and has built up his international network. As founder of Green Fuels GmbH, a start-up for the planning, development and realisation of local value chains for green hydrogen, he has been entrepreneurial since 2019. As managing partner of NorthH2 Projektgesellschaft mbH, he is developing a sprinter project for the production of green hydrogen on an industrial scale with offshore wind energy in the North Sea together with consortium partners.
Today, he uses the wealth of experience he gained in competitive sports profitably for professional basketball in Bremerhaven and on the board of trustees of the Bremen Sports Foundation.
Andreas Wellbrock is close to nature and in his free time enjoys the vastness of the sea or conquering high mountain roads on his racing bike.
