Christina Schäfer has been part of Deutsche Windtechnik since 2017. She studied health sciences and education with a focus on adult education. Starting out in the IT department, e-learning and digitalization were initially a big aspect of her remit; she is now Head of HR in the offshore unit and, together with her team, is responsible for all HR work.
