Thomas Kemmerich is a research associate at the University of Bremen and at German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence (DFKI CPS).
He has been working in the field of information security for more than 20 years.
At the TZI of the University of Bremen, he built up and developed the research area of information security.
From 2012 to 2021, he was professor of network security at NTNU in Trondheim. He is an auditor for ISO 27001 and CISIS 12.
His current research area is the development of cyber security measures for maritime infrastructures.
