Hanna Ph. Trayser studied business administration and has been responsible for change management of various projects since 2008. In the past 7 years, her focus has been on education. Giving young people a meaningful perspective for the future then led her to Deutsche Windtechnik AG at the beginning of 2023. As project manager, she is currently founding the Deutsche Windtechnik Akademie, which is to be understood as an organizational structure, not as a building. The tried and tested ways of recruiting are being re-evaluated in the process and further, creative paths are being taken.
