Iris Franco Fratini is Head of Corporate Affairs in Germany and has also been a member of the Executive Board as an authorized signatory since September 2022. Her work at Ørsted (at that time still DONG Energy) began in 2011 as Head of German Corporate Communications. She played a key role in developing the German company. Franco Fratini started her career as a journalist and worked in agencies in the field of public relations. She then moved to the energy industry and worked in various positions at E.ON Energie and E.ON Hanse, among others.
