Kai Fiand has a wide range of experience and expertise in the field of marine engineering. After graduating from university he was working as a marine technician offshore on board of a research vessel getting to know the offshore environment first-hand. Working in project management for a tidal turbine developer he gained experience with classifications and regulation authorities and processes. Since 2011, Kai has been involved with offshore foundation installations in the Oil & Gas as well as civil construction and Offshore Wind Industry. First focusing on impact driven pile solutions in 2018 he joined CAPE Holland, specialists in piling equipment and innovator in hydraulic vibro equipment and lifting tools combined in one single tool. As CAPE Hollands Regional Manager Kai is supporting installation contractors as well as developers and design companies with innovative and efficient pile installation methods and equipment for any type of marine and offshore project with a focus on the Americas.
