Manuel Zehr is active in the Taiwanese offshore wind market since 2016 by using his organisation Formosan Business Support Co. Ltd. (FBS) to localise WAB current and ex members into the Taiwan market from the 3^rd tier on. He has studied Japanese Management at the university of applied science Bremen, Bachelor of Business Administration (in Chinese) at Soochow University in Taipei and since the beginning of COVID-19 travel restrictions online MSc Economics of Marine Energy at Heriot-Watt university.
