Markus is responsible for business development for Sabik Offshore, the manufacturer of marking and navigation aid systems for offshore wind farms.
He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Leibniz University Hannover and has strong business development experience in the marine and manufacturing industries. His knowledge includes International Sales and Key Account Management, Product Life-Cycle Management and Change Management. After his professional beginnings in the after sales area of a Swedish automotive manufacturer, he took over the global sales responsibility of a supplier company in the automotive sector. In 2011, he moved to the maritime industry as an Executive, first in SOLAS Life Saving Appliances and then as Managing Director for a manufacturer of lighting equipment on ships and offshore installations.
Markus lives with his family in Bremen.
