Registration
We look forward to welcoming you to WINDFORCE Baltic Sea 2023. Registration entitles you to:
- Two-day conference participation from 20 to 21 November 2023.
The price includes dinner. Registrations will be processed in the order in which they are received. Start-ups will receive a one-year trial membership to WAB e.V.
Please note:
If you register and pay the participation fee by 15 November 2023, your name will appear on the list of participants. Later registrations or name changes do not entitle you to be named in the list of participants.

The participation fee also includes buffet lunch, refreshments during breaks, dinner participation, conference documents and online access to the presentations *Travel and hotel costs will not be covered.

The last deadline for online registration is 17 November 2023. Registrations can only be made for full conference days. Booking of individual sessions or presentations/sessions is not possible.
The early bird discount is valid until 31 August 2023.
Cancellations received by 01 August 2023 will be charged 30 percent of the respective conference fee (and/or additional dinner fee), after which the full fee is payable. It is possible to nominate a substitute participant. The booking of conference participation, especially when booking the entire conference, is personalised and cannot be transferred to more than one person.
