Holger is with Aker Offshore Wind since 2021. Focusing on Business Development of Offshore Wind projects in Germany and Continental Europe, Holger is also supporting the wider Aker group in Hydrogen, Green Steel, Large Battery Storage and other initiatives.

Before joing Aker, He has been working in the Oil/Gas Sector in Germany, Libya, Netherlands and Russia for Wintershall. Since 2012 he is working in the renewables business and more specifically in Offshore Wind. He has been responsible for development and construction projects and had been the Project Director for the Arkona Offshore Windfarm for E.ON Climate & Renewables and Head of Development Offshore Wind for Scandinavia, Poland and the Baltics States for RWE Renewables

Holger studied in Aachen, Paris and Bremen.. Holger is married, has 2 very nice children and lives in Hamburg.
