Luc is currently managing the international business at Lhyfe. Lhyfe is producer of green hydrogen and headquartered in Nantes, France. Lhyfe develops, designs, constructs, finances, and operates green hydrogen production plants, in Europe. Green hydrogen is made by splitting water using electrolysis and renewable energy. Prior to that, Luc was global Vice President Sales & Marketing at NEL. Nel is global leader in Electrolysis and Hydrogen fueling stations. In 2017 he founded QWAY energy and was co-founder of blockchain-based electricity trading platform named toomuch.energy.

Luc has more than 10 years’ experience in Renewable Energy. Luc served as global Senior Vice President Sales and Marketing at Norwegian solar panel manufacturer REC. Based in Munich, he was Managing Director of the EMEA operations. Before that Luc was employed in senior management positions at LG Electronics, TomTom, Sony and Agfa. Until March 2017, he was member of the Board of the European solar association SolarPower Europe. Luc is strongly involved in regulation issues which helps the decarbonization in Europe, through the industry associations SolarPower Europe, IRENA and Hydrogen Europe. Luc is active member in the Impact Hub of the Renewable Hydrogen coalition and at the Hydrogen Production roundtable of the European Clean Hydrogen Alliance.
