Marie-Antoinette Schwarzkopf is a project engineer with seven years of experience in the field of floating offshore wind turbines, in particular with regard to operation and maintenance as well as structural dynamics and frequency analysis. Her work focuses on the evaluation of new factors influencing maintenance activities, such as increased relative motions. She supports our clients in adapting traditional and proven strategies to the new challenges and by providing reliable estimates of the cost impact of innovative maintenance strategies. She is further involved in structural risk assessments and the development of decommissioning concept statements.
Marie-Antoinette holds a master’s degree in Constructive Hydraulic Engineering and a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the RWTH Aachen University. She is experienced in the use of Shoreline Design O&M, OpenFast, and LacFlex. She has further built a reliable knowledge in the use of Python and employs her computational skills in the development of various tools including met ocean data analysis, cost modeling and the processing of big databases. She is fluent in German, English, French and Luxembourgish.
