Co-author of the proposed regulatory and system solutions for the Polish offshore wind sector. Experienced in the implementation of offshore wind farm projects in the Polish exclusive economic zone of the Baltic Sea.

Co-author of the concept of promoting the so-called local content in the supply chain for Baltic offshore wind farm projects, active participant in the work on the content of the Act on promoting electricity generation in offshore wind farms (the so-called Offshore Act) of 17/12/2020.

One of the initiators and authors of the Polish Offshore Wind Sector Deal, signed on 09/15/2021 in Warsaw by about 200 entities, headed by representatives of the government and the largest entities operating on a global scale on the market of offshore wind farm projects and in the supply chain.
