Ralph Behr is managing the entire business area of Trident in the North and Baltic Seas since 2019, with a strong focus on offshore wind projects.

He is a trained marine archaeologist and a project manager with over 20 years of experience in a variety of industries.

Ralph’s educational background from universities in Edinburgh and Bamberg (Germany) includes a MA in archaeology, prehistory and historical building research, plus subsequent qualification as certified scientific diver.

Since 2007, Ralph holds and maintains the most important industry-recognized certification for project managers worldwide, the PMP (Project Management Professional) by the Project Management Institute, in addition to other certifications in PRINCE2 and ITIL.
