Dr. Torkel Soma is one of the founders of SAYFR. He holds a doctor degree in using artificial intelligence and machine learning to identify actual safety performance of organizations. These techniques build on data addressing organisational culture and human performance. Dr. Soma has earlier had a role as a management consultant for more than 100 companies world wide, mostly in the marine and energy industries. In SAYFR, Dr. Soma is responsible for R&D. He has published a range of articles and is often invited for point of views by various stakeholders.
