Frits is currently managing the Kaskasi OWF project with over 30 year experience in project execution. He is a recognized senior project management professional. With his vast expertise in all aspects of project delivery, he is a leader in his field. With emphasis on finding practical, quick solutions to project challenges.

Before joining RWE in 2008, he gained extensive worldwide experience in design, engineering, commissioning and start-up of various plants in the petrochemical and energy industry.

Frits earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering focussing on Energy Technology from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, Netherlands.
