Manfred has been Country Manager Germany for the Belgian offshore wind farm operator Parkwind since 2019. Parkwind builds and operates the offshore wind farm ARCADIS OST 1 in the Baltic Sea. In addition to this role, Manfred is Executive Vice President of the World Forum Offshore Wind. Previously, Manfred was instrumental in establishing DONG Energy’s offshore wind division in Germany as Head of Regulatory Affairs & Strategy. During his time at DONG, the project portfolio grew from one to a total of eight offshore wind farms in Germany. As a representative of the company to key stakeholders from politics and administration as well as in the associations, Manfred successfully established the company in the German market.
