Dr.-Ing. Dennis Kruse studied mechanical engineering at Bremen University of Applied Sciences, specialising in energy and environmental technology. He then completed the Master of Production Engineering programme at the University of Bremen. Dennis Kruse worked as a research assistant at the University of Bremen for 10 years and followed his scientific work with a doctorate in production engineering. From 2013 to 2019, he was an employee of the Offshore Wind Energy Foundation and managed the office in Varel. Since 2019, Dennis Kruse has been working at Deutsche WindGuard GmbH and is a member of the management board. Dennis Kruse is the coordinator of the Offshore Expert Committee in the BMWi’s Renewable Energies Network, a board member of the German Research Association for Measurement, Control and Systems Technology (DFMRS) and a board member of WAB e.V. Dennis Kruse is the spokesperson for the working group Deconstruction & Recycling of WAB.
