In 2009 Jérôme started his career in wind within the service department of Hansen Transmissions, today known as ZF Wind Power, in Belgium. He was able to improve the gearbox availability for the end user market, which was his area of responsibility. This was translated in exchange pool availability, standardized gearbox repairs and field service cooperation with ISPs and other partners. In 2020, after being away for 2.5 years, a new fast, easy and safe emergency evacuation product has pulled him back into the wind business. His well-known drive for customer care as well as his ability to tailor solutions can now be found with Tesucon BV, where he is now leading the sales department and introducing his new solution globally.
